Digital marketing & development services

Refunds for web development, app creation, paid advertising and social media management are evaluated case by case under the Service Level Agreement or contract signed before the project starts.

Academy & training programs

Course and academy fees are non-refundable once course materials, access or onboarding sessions have been provided.

Event & platform registrations

Performer fees for Mehfil-e-Gujarat open mic events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers.

Discretionary review

Management may issue a partial or full refund or service credit at its discretion in exceptional circumstances.
