In these Terms & Conditions:
WeMeanBiz provides the following services (subject to individual agreements):
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be detailed in individual service proposals or invoices.
Projects commence upon receipt of the agreed advance payment and signed/acknowledged proposal. We require a minimum of 50% advance before beginning any work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices unpaid after 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of services. A late fee of 2% per month may be applied on overdue amounts. WeMeanBiz reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.
We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), and other methods as agreed. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified.
To ensure project success, you agree to:
Our internal processes, templates, methodologies, and software tools remain our intellectual property regardless of any agreement.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (website code, design files, written content created specifically for you) transfers to you, unless otherwise specified.
You retain ownership of all content, logos, and brand assets you provide. By providing them, you grant WeMeanBiz a license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
Unless explicitly prohibited in writing, WeMeanBiz reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.
Project timelines are estimates provided in good faith. Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required information, feedback, or approvals will extend timelines accordingly without liability to WeMeanBiz.
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
For paid advertising services (Meta Ads, Google Ads):
While we strive for the best possible results, WeMeanBiz does not guarantee specific outcomes such as:
Digital marketing results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and client-side factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeMeanBiz's total liability for any claims arising under this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question during the preceding 3 months.
WeMeanBiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
You may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Work completed and in progress will be billed proportionally. Advance payments for unstarted work may be refunded per our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for: non-payment, violation of these terms, or requests that violate ethical or legal standards. In such cases, payment for completed work remains due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
WeMeanBiz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
